The new Middle Tennessee chapter of Slow Food USA is having a kickoff party hosted by Jackalope Brewing at their taproom (701 8th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203) on Sunday from 6-8PM. It’s great to see the Slow Food movement officially reestablishing itself here in Nashville.

Members of the Slow Food Middle Tennessee board, Tony Galzin and Vivek Surti, will be there, so you know it’s going to be a party. Tony and some other great local chefs, including Ryan Poli of The Catbird Seat, Maneet Chauhan of Chauhan Ale and Masala House, and Bryan Weaver of Butcher and Bee, will be providing snacks. The event is free to attend, but SFMTN asks that you RSVP on Eventbrite here:
