Matt Leff of Rhizome Productions is hosting a Blackberry Farm Brewery beer tasting at the Le Creuset Outlet in Brentwood on Thursday, March 2nd from 5:30 to 7:30PM. The inimitable Matty Hargrove from Blackberry Farm Brewery will be on site pouring Classic Saison which will be paired with outstanding Blackberry Farm cheeses. Matt and his team wrapped up another successful Nuit Belge over the weekend and are now focusing on the Nashville event which will take place on March 18th at Marathon Music Works (1402 Clinton St, Nashville, TN 37203). I’m sure this is a welcome home stand for Matt with a brand new baby at home! The final Nuit Belge of 2016 will take place on March 25th, as the Rhizome team makes their triumphant return to Charleston, SC.
I wrote about Nuit Belge and the return of Cantillon in one of my first posts. As I said then, this is my one can’t miss beer event of the year. Tickets are selling fast and won’t last much longer, so you should go ahead and grab them on the Nuit Belge website. The food and beer pairing menu is being continually updated and is almost complete. It is impressive and mouth watering, to say the least. As part of Thursday’s event at Le Creuset, Matt will be giving away a pair of tickets at 7PM. This is a great opportunity to sample Blackberry Farm’s excellent beers and cheesees and win a pair tickets to a fantastic event. And it’s in my neck of the woods, so you may even see me out there.
In other Rhizome Productions news, tickets to East Nashville Beer Festival went on sale last week and are still available. As this event has grown, additional tickets have been offered, but the event is sure to sell out. Tickets to the OG of Nashville beer festivals are available now on the ENBF website.
