Noble Springs Dairy is once again opening their gates for a Spring celebration on Saturday, April 15th. This year, Justyne and Dustin Noble are combining the party with an Easter Egg Hunt. I took my family down to Franklin 5 years ago for the open house and we had a fantastic afternoon. My wife was pregnant with our 2nd child and my daughter was just 2 years old. We had a wonderful time exploring the property, picnicking, and petting and milking goats. Needless to say, my children are so excited about returning to the farm on Saturday.
Shane Autrey’s Smoke et al will be back on site serving the finest food truck fare you’ll find anywhere. Shane and the Nobles have a long history of working together. I don’t think I have ever seen a Smoke et al menu without a Noble Springs goat cheese product on it (and I was there on his opening night). Check out Shane’s mouthwatering menu for Saturday here.
In addition to the goats and delicious food, Noble Springs will be offering free samples of their goat cheese products and local beers from both Yazoo and Little Harpeth. Noble Springs Dairy products will, of course, be available for purchase. The good people at Lipman Brothers have graciously donated the beer to help support The Land Trust For Tennessee.
The Nobles are requesting that you RSVP, if you are bringing egg hunters. They would like to have a head count of children, so they are sure to have enough eggs for the 1:00 PM Easter egg hunt. Please email dustin@noble-springs or text 615-481-9546 to RSVP. The event runs from 11-2 and the farm is located at 3144 Blazer Road in Franklin, just 15 minutes from the square. A $10 per car donation is requested and all donations will go to support The Land Trust For Tennessee. I hope to see you out on the farm on Saturday!
